"It's a nice outback and what you would typically expect. We loved our blooming onion, and the steaks were cooked to order. Good service. I would definitely return. Very crowded shopping area with lots of other things going on."
"Food was amazing for the price paid. It was $30 for a 20 oz ribeye steak (charegrilled bone in) where other restaurants you pay $60. I'm not saying it was the best cut of ribeye I've ever had, but one of the best price/vs quality I've had (as in other outback restaurants) That said, the service was terrible. My wife's drink took 20 mins to come. Plates were not cleared. I ordered a cider and the waitress brought a bottle with no glass (acceptable in a night club, not a restaurant....or maybe that just in the UK!) General ambiance was of low quality poor service, would rather cook at home! Wasn't a pleasant experience. I was presented with a bill which recommended tips ranging from 18% to 22%, and whilst (as a European) I have reservations about the tiping culture, really wrestled with the tip value, with my initial instincts being to offer 0%, I did leave a token 10% on the basis it may not have been the servers fault (I.e poor management) I have been to other outback steak house in my travels over last few years and never had this low quality feeling. I would not go back to this restaurant again, and would question if it would bother to go to any other "outback" again based on this experience. Food is generally good for price, but the franchise management need to stop employing people who really don't care when it comes to managing their franchises. They intern employ people who also don't care, which attracts customers who also dont care and its a downward spiral, to a low quality experience. This is a common problem I have seen on my travels with franchised restaurants, especially in the USA, where the people running them don't have high standards, run the place into the ground by employing people who don't care. This kills the business (brand) for those who do go above and beyond. My general moto is to avoid franchised restaurants and bars because of this, and generally I steak out owner run bars and restaurants."
"Awesome service! CJ is a great server and was attentive to our needs . I have dine at outback throughout US. I am from Miami. The palm beach gardens location was a great choice!"
"If your looking for a Awesome dinning experience?? Drive past this place and go somewhere else!!!!! 1st I sat at a high top table at the bar so I could watch the Chiefs game. I sat at the table almost 15min before a server asked the bartender, if he was going to help me. He told the server he could have the table if he wanted. The server then took my drink order "unsweet tea". After 5min another server brought me a water? 10min later my server took my food order. Porterhouse rare ,salad with Ranch and loaded Baked potato. I had to ask for my tea. While sitting waiting for my tea. One of the servers was at the bar waiting to grab a drink. Looked like a margarita on the rocks. Drink was supposed to have Patron, but bartender made it out of well Jose. The waiter told the bartender he used the wrong stuff!!! The server said no problem. Just splash some Patron on top. They will never know. My tea finally made it to my table and 15min later the server asked were my salad was? I told him not on my table!!! 5min late my salad was delivered. 5min later the server tells me my steak is ready and to tell him when I wanted it. I told him to just bring it out. "Why would I want it sitting in the window" Steak was dropped it off. It was actually cooked perfect. So, I can complain about the food. Just EVERY THING ELSE. The funny thing about all of this. They weren't busy at all. Maybe 12 to 15 tables and a few people at the bar. They had at least 8 servers. 2 tables each. The Mgr was cleaning tables, because obviously the servers didn't have time?? Long story short. If you want to sit around and wait to be served. Eat your salad and steak at the same time along with getting screwed, if you want a premium drink. This is definitely your spot!! Last thing. The Mgr. walked by and said HI, but never stopped to ask how my meal was or service. He was to busy cleaning tables to care about anything else."
