"This used to be our favorite location but will no longer give them my money or business. The workers tried over charging for items they were not putting in my drink. We have come to this location since it opened and ordered the same thing and now they want to overcharge us."

"Smoothie was made wrong, when I asked for it to be remade, the manager LIZ was extremely rude and would not remake it when you could clearly see it was not blended and there was no taste of banana at all. Another crew member attempted to help me but she told them not to. Eventually she ignored my request for a new one so I left. Terrible experience because of one rude manager."

"This morning I had a negative experience at this location. They were having a promotion for a free smoothie if you order food. I made the order through the app for pick up and I guess I accidentally deleted the smoothie without knowing-- that mistake was on my part. On my way to work I stopped in to pick up my order and I was only handed food, and not my smoothie. They informed me that there was no smoothie on my order, and I informed them that that was accidental. I proceeded to show them in the app the promotion to get a free smoothie with my food. Instead of making it for me since I had already paid for the food, they said they couldn't give it to me because it had to go through the system. They were not rude it's just the principle for me- I was not trying to take advantage of the system I just made a general mistake and they were not willing to make and accommodation for me considering the circumstance. These are small things that make a difference when it comes to customer service and ensuring the customer is satisfied. It would not have been that difficult to simply make the smoothie that I was supposed to get for free."

"Absolutely horrible quality of food and service. When I asked for a refund for the quesadilla and super greens wrap Liz argued with me endlessly. She would not process the refund and informed me I needed to come back to the store tomorrow to talk to a manager named Courtney. So not only did I waste $42 on the meals, but now also the time to come here today and now again tomorrow. The quesadilla had no cheese on it, was hard as a rock and burnt. You could not pull apart the tortilla to even try to see the lack of cheese. The super greens wrap had old wilted spinach and unripened tomatoes on it. I took two bites and couldn’t eat it it tasted so mushy and old. Liz’s attitude and lack of customer service was the most distasteful thing of the whole encounter. After I attempt to get a refund tomorrow I will never go to this location for food again!"
