"Great gym! I looked at more than one place, specifically gyms that had child care, and this was the place I felt was the best. I have not regretted my decision. The gym is large and has lots of options. I’ve enjoyed taking all sorts of classes. But I especially love the “kiddie gym” and people who watch my kids. They allow the kiddos to play and run and get their wiggles out. Everyone is so friendly and they remember all my kids’ names. My youngest is 3 and asks to go to the gym everyday. Great experience all around!"

Honestly, I'm not sure what they're talking about. Every time I'm there, the place is reasonably clean. It's a gym, not a five-star hotel. All in all, Fitness CF is a solid choice for anyone looking to get their workouts done in a no-nonsense, well-equipped environment."

I moved to central Florida 2 years ago and never went because people always told me it was always full and dated but honestly I’m glad I went. Great staff and a lot of machines and free weights.
