"I stopped going to circlek These are called convenient stores. What’s convenient about a self check out? Last time I was there a young lazy female employee was just sitting behind register not doing anything. When I placed my items on the counter she pointed me to self check out and said she was there for WIC and lottery only. I politely asked her if she would like me to stock the shelves, take out trash & mop the floor? I left my items on the counter and walked out the door. I’ll go to the competition as they appreciate my business. Furthermore disconnect your tv in gas pumps nobody wants to see or hear your stupid commercials blaring in their ears while pumping gas!"

"I am a circle k guy! I make my living on the road and circle k is the convenience store I prefer. This store happens to be close to my home and I am always greeted with cheerful, happy, helpful employees that know meb name, and are always willing to go the extra mile to serve the customer s needs!"

"Is not 24 hours!! And they should fix this on their website. And evidently they don’t look at these reviews because some of these negative reviews are from four years ago same situations at this store!!! General manager really needs to take a trip here! Also there is a guy that sends outside all the time that they give free polar pops to and hotdogs He always greets me at the door but talks to my five-year-old Which is kind of creepy to me!!!"

"I have never met such rude employees before coming here. I travel throughout hillsborough county and this is by far the worst store. As a Branch manager and small business owner myself. I would not put up with this. The employees need a refresher training for customer service skills so they know how to smile and be kind to everyone as you never know how customer service skills can come a long way. Thank you."
