"A staff member greeted us when we walked in to order from the kiosk. Our food was prepared in a timely manner and was up to par with other Steak 'n' Shakes we've eaten at. Booth tables were not cleaned off, and floor was very sticky and dirty, and scent of old grease hung in the air."

"I What's helped by a gentleman that I goes by the name of Cy. Cy Seems to be very knowledgeable about the menu there. He was very respectful and and has a great personality. Not sure if he is a manager. But he should definitely be getting paid like he is. This guy was multi tasking to the max he was doing fries, The grill, making milkshakes, taking orders at counter and was handling drive through like a champ! Cy Definitely deserves the star employee of the month and a raise!!! And don't forget first class is the only class!!!!"

"If I pay over $5 for a milkshake , I don’t expect the whipped cream topping to start three inches below the rim.there was equal portions of milkshake to whipped cream in the cup plus the whipped cream over the cup. Whipped cream is a topping, not cup filler. I regret giving you my business. I won’t again any time soon."

"We went through the drivethur because we had our two German Shepherds. We ordered and when the manager saw we had two dogs, he brought us a small free on the house for them. It wasn't the free food that made it great but the thoughtfulness of the manager. The food was great but I would go back even if it wasn't due to the kindness that was shown."

"This is s Steak n Shake location on Brandon Boulevard. In this review, I used Doordash for my experience. The website was efficient and tracked my order. My food came in on time and my dasher; Denys messaged me whenever she picked up the food and arrived at my house. The food itself is pretty good. I got the Garlic Steakburger Combo with an Oreo milkshake. The burger was moist; and had a good flavor. Sometimes, I felt the flavors to be a little too overwhelming. The fries were minimal, but their shape and size made them easy to eat. My milkshake was okay; but I had no problems and drank it all the way to the end. Overall, would recommend Steak n Shake for delivery."
