"Never heard of a school that you have to make an appointment to register a student. Also if you need to drop something off and the front desk assistant is doing absolutely nothing they direct you to student services. Also if you sent an email the staff doesn’t reply and if you call the next day and get a hold of them they don’t apologize. I’m not saying is all staff, but at least the main office is that way. It’s ridiculous."
"I can not for the life of me understand how this school is raved about so much. The only thing good about this school is the sports teams. The principal could care less about your child. She does not return emails or concerns. They claim to be anti bully, but my daughter was almost in a fight after lunch the other day with over 20 kids surrounding her and not one teacher stepped in to stop this. Ms Candelora has the worst grading scale for the children. It almost seems as though she wants them to fail. She changes the worth of the assignments often as though it will give them a lower grade when she feels like it."
"This school is not as great as people rave about. Unless you're on a sports team, the staff could care less about your child. I had some concerns and even emailed the Principal about it and did not receive a response. To me, that's just disrespect. I understand people are busy, but to be completely ignored is very upsetting from a parents perspective. When my son was in Seven Prrings middle, Dr. Dunning was amazing and responded to everything and actually cared."
"The reviews about this school are very biased. There are students that will do drugs at EVERY school. There are occasional lockdowns at EVERY school. It's overcrowded? Don't blame that on the school. I do agree that it is in an area of wealthier neighborhoods and there is a great mix of students, but that does not mean that specifically rich preppy kids or poor kids do drugs or turn out doing nothing in life. In fact, I've seen a few classmates out in the field as doctors now. They changed policies for the interest in the safety of the students. There was a high turnover rate for teachers and principals at the time I was there, but I had some pretty good teachers that I'll never forget. There are definitely worse schools in the district to attend in unsafe areas with much worse drug and criminal problems IMO."
"Theres to many students and its overcrowded hard to get one on one attention. Some teachers are good some are not. They have a few rough crowds of kids. Students smoke weed in the bathroom."
