"This place is a joke!! They accuse you ONLY WANTING DRUGS when the nurse came in to see my daughter was so rude no wonder, they have bad reviews this place should be SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD!! all she wanted was an MRI to find out the problem she is having with her brain. My daughter got some money back because she didn't see the doctor just the stupid nurse if that's what you want to call her. I call her a paper pusher. I would give a ZERO on the Review if it let me. If anyone gave a good review it was probably someone that works, there because they are awful in this office. Save your money and find a real doctor to take care of your health. Adding one more thing I love the way you as an owner turns this around on my daughter which only wanted an MRI NOT YOUR STUPID DRUGS but that person that came in the room with her arms crossed said I Quote what are you here for with a nasty way of saying it to my daughter because in her mind she wanted drugs which isn't true at all. All she wanted was answers which she walked out of your office so now I'll find her a real doctor that will be professional and do his job not you people. With all these bad reviews I'm surprised you are still open for practice. I would NEVER send anyone here and let them know not to waste their time or money. THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW IT IS THE TRUTH!! This office will lie on their responses to all bad reviews like turn it around like it's your fault I read everything on here so I believe the PATIENTS NOT THIS DOCTORS OFFICE. The only fake reviews are the 5 star ones I'm sure it's from the rude staff that works at this office."

"Before I go into what happened, this review is real, they lied in all their response reviews and my legal last name is different from this one so yes this is 100% true and DO NOT believe anything they say in responding. In Response to their poor response: See what did I say, they lie in their responses, my husband was there so his wont be fake and my mom was the one you talked to over the phone and spoke to rudely, so both were involved. Stop scamming people out of their money because that is what happen they stole $58 and change from me and will not return it when the old- aged nurse was insulting and I NEVER saw the doctor. Even this so-called owner, his responses to people are insulting and rude, they need to be shut down and trust me they will be soon. That is a lot of people writing these so-called fake reviews. I think I believe the people with 1 star reviews after my experience over a doctor and a nurse who insult people and charge them for it. I've been struggling with vertigo due to a major car accident from 2 years ago, so I made an appointment for an MRI which I got there 30 min early and a lady got there 30 min late, they called her right away, they still made us wait even another 30 mins, so by this time we are coming up to 1 and a half hours. I would've been okay if that was the only thing that happened. Finally, they call me back there and now I am in the waiting room. The nurse comes back there about 30 min after waiting with her arms crossed and says, "Why are you here?" with an accusatory attitude and I said I need an MRI because I was in a really bad car accident. She responded with "Just making sure you were not here for only drugs". Which I found her response to be quite insulting. If the doctor had actually came in. You would have known it was for an MRI to make sure everything is okay since I did have 2 concussions within a year, one from a car accident and then one from slipping and hitting my head. Instead of insulting a patient for NO reason at all. You guys are very rude, the ONLY person that was nice was the younger lady at the front desk, the older-aged nurse is the one who was insulting and had NO excuse to come in the waiting room and insult a patient who just needed an MRI. When the older-aged nurse did this, my husband said let's go you are NOT paying to be insulted. We got up, as I was walking out, I asked the staff that I would like a full refund of $164. About 5 minutes later after I cooled down, I went back inside and said what they did was very rude, and they should NEVER make a patient feel that way at all. I was told they were going to give me a full refund, when I got the amount back, it was $105.23, when I paid $164. they told my mom that I still saw the nurse, so they kept my money for insulting me. I guarantee, they are going to respond by turning my words against me like they did on their other reviews. I recommend not entering this doctor's office, if you want to get treated mentally and physically the right way."

"The reviews are 100 percent accurate!!! Wish there was a negative star cause I am lieing by even putting 1 star! Very very appallingly rude office staff! The older grey hair receptionist with black glasses was non stop complaining about people and even in front of them and continued even after they were brought back to be seen.. I have never seen so much unprofessionalism as I have seen at this office and I haven't even went back and got my MRIs yet.( Can't wait to see how awful it is back there . She needs to seriously be put in the back or retire.will not return to this office"

"Do yourself a favor and believe in the 1 star reviews. This place is an absolute disaster. I called explained that my husband needed an earlier appointment than the one he had with his other neurologist. They said no problem. Called me with a left week to the appointment asking for the doctors name for some paperwork. I asked if we will be fine to come to the appointment and we would be covered by insurance. They stated it would be. I Called 2 days before the appointment to verify we were good to go. And the staff assured me we were all set by insurance to be seen by the doctor. Get there and they had NO AUTHORIZATION from the insurance. Told us we needed a referral. Complete lack of professionalism."
