Dunkin'

"The girl working drive through at 7:00 this morning needs customer service training. Snatches your card out of your hand and pretty much throws the card, a straw and your food at you. The food also tasted like melted plastic."

"Their frozen drinks taste toxic and like they have expired ingredients. I have only ever had good frozen coffees from Dunkin before, so this was a first. Both the regular and mocha frozen coffees tasted toxic and bad to me and my husband."

"Walked in , and no one greeted me. Then, the cashier was rude. Proceeded to argue with me over a Baverian cream donut vs. what they wanted called it , Boston cream. This was after I twice pointed to the cream donuts I wanted. She also gave me a dirty look when she thought I wasn't looking. I then spoke to the manager who was nice but had no control of her employee. She proceeded to argue with me over my complaint. Fire the cashier."

"Horrible place to work! If i could rate it 0 stars I would! I originally applied here to get back in the work field after loosing my daughter. Christina hired me on, so sweet and such a kind lady. My first week was good until i met Karen !!! When you see her name please run !!! Awful woman. The training i had was not too in dept or long enough for me to catch onto how to make the drinks 100% before i was thrown on the floor. Karen would embarrass me in front of co workers and customers by saying “You still don’t know how to make that drink yet?” In a nasty tone UNPROESSIONAL and just out right rude. She would target me all the time for no reason and bully and pick and pick at me you can just tell she wasn’t raised with any home training or any sense to use nice words or to knew to treat people with kindness ! An inspection or something needs to be done on this place ASAP ! Would make us work 6-7 hours on end WITH NO LUNCH BREAKS! I would be dehydrated alot or hungry and wanted to sit down but we couldn’t . I’m pretty sure that’s against the law. Just please don’t apply here . If it were up to me I would bulldoze the entire building because the way your treated and the work conditions no human being should ever have to endure."

"Food burnt and hashbrowns old and hard. Spoke with manager Sherelle and she confirmed food is to be made fresh and stated she would replace order. Then stated she pulled the hashbrowns out of the fryer herself which was a blatant lie. So I called her out. If she did then packaging and bag would have grease stains on them. Nether do and the are hard. I mean hard. I stated now I know that is a lie because they are biscuit like hard. She argued that she pulled then out of the fryer and I stated that no she didn't then she hung up on me. Just don't lie as I have them proof in my hand. Called back phone rang and rang and finally someone else answered and provided me her boss number. Called and left a message."
