PDQ Chicken

"We placed an order for about 16 people and they took care of us. They waited till half the order was complete to smart making the shakes. Offered plenty of sauces and plates for everyone. Speed could have been a little faster but we did come in 1 1/2 before closing so understandable. Quality was outstanding. All the drinks were made properly"

"If I could give a 0 star I would. I do not normally give out reviews but this was by far the worst experience I have had with PDQ or ANY food establishment. I did not realize that they closed at 10 and would have rather the staff tell me at 9 50 that they were closing and would have went elsewhere. Me and my son just came back on our side of town after shopping and a movie. I pulled up to PDQ at around 9:50pm waited for someone to come for about 3 min to take my order. Waited in line at the food window for another 8 min but was not tripping on the wait. I live 5 min from this location, upon arrival home my son was complaining that the food was not fresh and cold, my son likes to exaggerate things so I paid him no mind until I seen how much he was struggling to eat the food even though he was hunger and a foodie. I inspected the food....it was cold, hard and inedible. My son forced himself to eat at least half the sandwitch but then could not bare to touch it anymore. This is ridiculous if the staff did not want to provide fresh food to paying customers because it is closing time next time say that. I will be back there tomorrow with the bag of food that can't be eaten! I have video and photos of the food and will be bringing it BACK FOR MY MONEY! DEF 0/10!!!"

"I went on my lunch break to get a chicken sandwich, I get back to work and the 3rd bite I took out of my sandwich it was squishy I looked and it was under cooked very pink. Tired to contact the store a total of 7 times and left voicemail and never heard back. Do not recommend eating there unless you like getting sick from undercooked chicken"

"I would put PDQ in the same category as cane's or Zaxby's BUT.... It has way more sauces which makes it much more fun! A lot of locations in Florida and the kindest staff. Be sure to stop in to sauce heaven and give your taste buds the ride they have been asking for"

"Took a little road trip and found ourselves hungry and looked around....saw the PDQ, and I was like, we are going there since my husband has never been. The restaurant is very clean and the staff professional. We ordered the chicken tenders, mac and cheese, and the spicy chicken. The food was served hot (plus in my book), the chicken was juicy, and the Mac n cheese cheesy. It was some good ole comfort food and hit the spot. The lemonade was refreshing and ice cold. Prices are competitive. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available."
