"Food is decent but the service is horrible. The girl with the pink and purple braided hair should not work with customers. When asked for her name and/or her supervisors name, she refused to give. She is rude, argumentative, condescending, and disrespectful. Also when we left we overheard her dropping f-bombs behind the counter. As long as she is there, we will not return and will tell others of our horrible experience."

"One worker was extremely rude. My father just wanted to switch a drink out for a water bottle as they were out of unsweet tea, worker lied and said the drinks were different amounts so they couldn’t do that. He looked it up online and they were the same so he asked to switch. She said online pricing is wrong. He told her he just wanted the water bottle since they did not want to make more tea. She then proceeded to yell and tell our family to “come get him” when he was being polite and just asking for a change due to them not wanting to make more tea. Also their ice machine was not working (not their fault but figured I should include). Lady would not give her name when asked. "We paid for chips but we never received any chips, I was never told to pick any out because it said it was in the bag, sandwich was sloppy put together, I requested extra lettuce and tomato and I didn’t get that, asked for mayonnaise on the side I didn’t receive that, brownie was hard and not moist. Unfriendly staff working who obviously didn’t believe in talking to the customers."

"I’ve eaten here once before, and now had been A year since I’ve come here. The service is not good. The food is horrific there is one slice of meat on my sandwich. I paid $10 for this. It was soggy and took them 10 minutes to make. I was expecting a really good sandwich. I ended up throwing it out in the trash when I got home I would suggest finding another sandwich shop."

"Poor Service, SLOW Service, and nothing was pleasant about this order . I’ve been here 15 minutes & that’s pass the pick up window the red hair girl was unprofessional, rude, and didn’t seem to care about customers and their concerns . She seen o was irritated with the timing it took to make a meatball sub with nothing but a pickle on the side , she beat me mad about my food not being ready and told the new boy to get me out of here in her words .
