Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"I went inside to order food and waited 15 minutes for my order. It wasn't busy at all. But after I walked in a line started to form. A couple that had been waiting longer than me went up to ask for their food and they were told they still had to wait. The workers response was cold and rude. Especially when a person is hungry and has been waiting for food. They wanted a refund because they were upset and the worker just told them to be patient and wait. The kitchen needs to kick it up a notch in making food and better customer service needs to be addressed. I probably won't return due to what happened during my visit."

"This is the second time we have tried this location and it’s always something. The guy told us they are out of all deserts and we needed to request a refund on the app. So I did and that’s fine I should be getting my refund in 5-10 business days as stated on the app. Only one of our sandwiches was made incorrectly and we were missing the nugget sauce. I went inside to get it corrected and waited 20 without being greeted or asked what I needed. I ended up going through the drive thru. They were able to correct the sandwich and get our sauces. The food is good however the store lacks customer service and there is always something or multiple items they have out of stock. From what has been available I recommend the strawberry biscuit, just eat it first while it’s warm and the icing is melted!"

"So, it has been a few years since I have been back at this particular Popeyes, and I am impressed. Take away how to get into the location. Ordered new wings and they were great! The employees, even though they were very busy, tried to accommodate my specific requirements. I appreciate their kindness."
