"This was my first time ordering something at QDOBA and it may be my last. As i approached the front door, I saw one of the workers jumping and goofing around. I politely told them the name of my mobile order and also showed them my phone so they can see the order number. Once I received my order and drove back home (25 min), I opened the bag just to notice that they gave me someone else's order. I called the store manager and she just told me to drive back to pick up the order again. They were unable to place a delivery order for me due to a "policy" that they never showed me. There was no empathy in the managers voice, only a tone of annoyance since the moment they picked up the phone. She also didn't mention a refund, I was the one that had to bring it up. Overall, horrible experience and customer service from the store manager. Just go to Chipotle instead, save the trip(s)."

"BEWARE!!! My first and last time ever stepping in this Qdoba location. I went to pick up my order, I stood by pickup wondering if my food was ready or not. Started looking for two minutes and finally found it. The lady at the register saw me looking but never greeted or said I’ll help you in a second. So I took that as alright I found my bags let me get it. As I reach to get the only two orders that were mine on the shelf, the same awful rude and unpleasant lady employee yells ”hey you can’t just grab them you see that I’m busy”, mind you she is only at the register and their wasn’t very many people. She continues and says “we don’t have time to make reorders because you end up grabbing the wrong order” there was no signs nothing I assumed it was like chipotle where you grab your pick up order and leave.she was so loud for no reason and embarrassed in front of others. Becareful guys when you pick up your order god forbid you from even trying or you’ll get attacked by that girl! Overall food is ehh. No flavor in rice nor chicken. Chips overly salty. Guacamole was super chunky with avocado sliced pieces not even smashed. One thing tho is they fill up the bowl"

"For the lunch we were looking to order through door-dash. I opened the app and found that QDOBA allows order through door-dash so we decided to order from QDOBA. After browsing through the menu we ordered Citrus Lime Chicken Salad, Guacamole and Chicken Protein Bowl. Through doordash we got the order in 30 minutes. The bowls were made of fresh ingredients with healthy stuff. We loved our bowls as the quantity was enough for one and made us full. Loved the food from QDOBA."
