They make sure all the white person was talking care of them always try to keep my changes and cuz me out when I was trying to explain to manager what was going on will be calling the office Monday morning"

"Long John Silvers is my all-time favorite fast food place and I was so happy to find one here in Tampa. I’m from Rome, GA and unfortunately ours closed down a few years ago. So when I saw that Tampa had a Long John’s, I had to make the trip! And I was not disappointed. A good fish and chips as the Brits call it beats more “authentic” sea food any day in my opinion and Long John’s is the best. The best batter, sauces, hush puppies, fries, and pairs perfectly with an ice cold Pepsi. The cashier was also super friendly, which made a good experience even better."

"Jason G has 0 customer service skills whatsoever! They literally took their condiment machines out and limit you to a few packs of ketchup! He said this has been this way since Covid haven’t you been here before! I said actually no I haven’t and you have a horrible attitude and I won’t ever be back and he said that’s your choice and I said yes it is! The food was horrible, the chicken was almost like rubber! Don’t waste your time or money here, maybe when they go under from treating people horrible they will get the message! He was literally arguing with another lady before me in line, I can in towards the end of it but she literally let them keep her money and left, I should have known then to RUN from this HORRIBLE location!"

"Very bad experience today here I love John silvers for start off the Lady . It’s 229 in the afternoon. Very rude rush. Fall wasn’t nobody in. Here wasn’t no reason for all that the food is not cooked properly. I’ve ate out plenty long John silvers to know it’s under Cooked the managers standing back there, staring at us. We got a root beer in a glass cup. She gave it to us in a paper cup. We went up there to tell her she got very upset with a glass cup across the counter instead of making us a new one, we had to pour a root beer float into the glass club overall just very unpleasant to be there. The food was disgusting. The bottles of vinegar and hot sauce looks very disgusting. They’re not even busy they’re not even full got an attitude with us because we asked for packets and told us they don’t have ketchup very unprofessional very unprofessional. I haven’t logged out silver for three years I so excited Nope never here again"

"Great location! At the time of my visit everything was ship shape. The interior was squeaky clean and the service was very good. There is nothing like LJS fried fish and chicken. Tasty and unique as always and the fries, hush puppies and coleslaw are delicious!"
