"Skip this location. I’ve been at least half dozen BurgerFi restaurants and have always had a decent experience. This one is far from it. The poor reviews are spot on. Our food came out like fast food and was cold. The fries were easily cooked an hour or more prior. The bun top was probably warmed yesterday or earlier and rewarmed. You could tell by the texture of the top. The meat was cool, also easily cooked more than hour in advance and not held warm well. If are near campus go somewhere else. There a lot of other options better. If they would cook to order it would be nice. I’d gladly wait an extra 5 mins…"

"Trash food. Patty tastes like it was microwaved, fries were greasy and zero flavor. Plus there were 2 hard pieces in it that i bit into. NO comparison to the other Fi Burger places around Tampa. Only good thing was the soda."

"BurgerFi is one of our favorite sandwich shops and we love the Veggie-fi sandwich from BurgerFi. BurgerFi is at the University of South Florida which is near our place. For Friday evening we decided to take out a Veggie-fi sandwich from BurgerFi. I ordered the Veggie-fi sandwich and the service was quick. The ambiance was also good and the restaurant was neat and clean. I got my veggie-fi sandwich soon. The sandwich was delicious and tasty. We really loved the sandwich. It is one of our favorite sandwiches to have."

"Worst burgerFi I had ever been. Don’t know where to start. 1) I ordered a burger fi burger for my surprise the lady tells me there is no tomatoes, because their location is closed on Sundays reason why my burger on Saturday 6pm couldn’t have a tomatoe. 2) the sizes of my meat a “double patty” was miserable. I ended hungry. I asked for couple lettuce leaves for my burger and they gave me the American lettuce leave :/ to replace the bun. I also asked for a urban topping for my onions cry and for my surprise was a sauce. In the picture looks like grounded Parmesan with the rest of the ingredients. Deplorable experience. Not to mention the fries were extremely over cooked, pretty much burned. And my onion rings were soggy. Not a good experience."

"Quick and friendly service. Clean tables and bathrooms. The food was good. I liked these fries better than In-N-Out. Hamburger wasn't better though. Reminded me of Wendy's. Still really great. My daughter said her strawberry shake was very good and the new chicken tenders too."
