"Pour service especially by Keliyah that didn't even acknowledge that me and my family was patiently waiting and standing at the register for 20 minutes. We watched her bag orders for the few customers inside and the lobby was completely empty. Then turned around and started to take care of the drive through, still not being greeted or acknowledge. We ended up walking out to go somewhere else as my kids were hungry. Very unprofessional and rude. We will never come here again."

"I want to think being one of the food spots on a Main Street is the cause of speed at this bk. Or maybe if the staff stayed inside and actually helped the speed would move swiftly. The food temperature be good and tasty that’s if you get everything you paid for. Go at your risk if you have patience patience to wait but get good food."

"Today I specifically ordered an Impossible Whopper with no pickles on it then when it came it had 4 pickles on it. Then when I asked for a cup of water, I was told no then she did a quick about-turn and walked off? Weird flex but okay. And yes, though I can pick off the pickles and did so, there's still that gross (to me) pickly vinegar taste embedded in the sandwich which I could do without. This is the closest meat-free sandwich to my work (not a vegan but some days I just don't want to eat meat), and I usually appreciate the service here and sometimes they are quite busy and hustling (not when I was there today though) and in general, the experience today was just odd."

"Everything was hot not too long of a wait ! Bk whooper is OG I always crave for a bk burger every nowadays. Missing our nuggets but everything fresh."
