"Not happy 3 different times out of 7or8 total in the last month my daughter and I have tried to order a pretzel crust, cheese sauce and pepperoni pizza the other times we went way out of our way in between visits to 1 even worse location, worst customer service I've received in a long time. The only 2 times we got what we ordered out of all of this we had it delivered thru a third party and paid twice the amount of pickup. I'm a loyal customer and love love love the pretzel pizza. Unfortunately for me and Y'all I guess I won't be getting another.. These Tampa locations are horrible"

"This place is absolute garbage in terms of customer service but what do you expect with kids working at little Caesars. Nobody in there knows how to honor promotion or just refused to do it out of pure laziness. But again what should you expect out of lazy people who can't figure things out."

"I called to update an order I put online. Someone picked up then hung up. I called back and didn’t get no one on the phone until 5 minutes then the last pass me to another lady and then just left the phone on the counter and had me wait for an additional 5 minutes for a simple yes or no question. Maybe your staff should be trained especially the manager who was on duty."
