Best NY Pizza,

"We’ve ordered from Best NY Pizza about 10 times. The pizza is good, but they’ve gotten our order wrong 3 of 10 times. Finally felt I had to leave a review. On the second time the order was completely screwed up. I called and the guy was unapologetic. Didn’t care. He told me the owner would have to decide if they would refund me, but the owner was not in. The associate said I will receive a call. Never did. I called again a few days later. Owner was not in. I left the same message. Finally had to get my credit card company to cancel my payment. I didn’t order for a while but wanted to try one more time. Ordered tonight and they gave us the wrong salad. Didn’t include the chicken we had added. Didn’t include dressing. Unfortunately I can’t trust ordering from here anymore"

"I'm new to this area but I was very pleasantly surprised upon trying this place! I regret that I didn't get the name of the ladies who helped me at the front counter but they had wonderful customer service. They were friendly, fast and efficient. There is plenty of seating for those who want to dine in and even gelatos available for purchase! Be sure to check out some of the specials too. I am from New York and was very pleased with the pizza! I plan on returning!"

"I left an amazing review on our dine in experience, but after this carry out experience we will truly never be back. The pizza tasted and looked like it was sitting maybe as a cheese pizza) for a while, then had sausage added to it and maybe slightly heated. It had grease pooled on it, the cheese just slid, the sausage was not right. This was going to be our new go to place, but whatever this was tonight, it’s not worth trying again."

"Ordered a large cheese, pizza and a chicken Parmesan. The pizza was absolutely delicious the sauce, the cheese, the crispiness cooked to perfection great flavor. My daughter had the chicken Parm with fettuccine and garlic knots, and it was very good. The service was outstanding ask for Kennedy… she will greet you with a smile very attentive does not rush you. All in all 5 star experience will definitely be back."

"I usually visit the Bruce B. location, happened to be training in this area and wanted to stop in to see if they were as good as the other location. I really enjoyed my lunch 2 slices and a Pepsi. Being a New Yorker we can be quite critical of Pizza and I have to say this pizza does not disappoint as the sauce is very flavorful, plenty of cheese and a nice thin crunchy crust!!! LOVE it!! Great price point, ambiance is great. I will come back with my family as it as there is Clean and ample seating, great music playing in the background and the Customer Service is excellent. 10/10 ⭐️"
