"I had the worst service experience ever. Just for a dosa, they said I have to wait 30 minutes. I also ordered other food, so I thought it would be ok. But got the dosa after waiting 50 minutes. It's just makes no sense how they are operating when you have to wait almost an hour to get your food. The people at the counter was rude too."
