"Visited Popeyes 2 days in a row. Enjoyed the spicy chicken so much the 1st day, that I decided to have it again the next day. Unfortunately, I didn't go to the same location on US19, and instead, went to the Popeyes on, I believe 4th Ave. Wow, what a difference the same exact order was! It wasn't even close to the US19 location!!! Soggy and not hot. I didn't complain or have it remade, since we went through the drive thru. Worst part is I took a friend, and was going on about how great it was the day before...oh well, at least it was excellent the first day!"

"This is my third and final time trying this location. I love Popeyes but they never fail to mess up the orders. Just don’t waste your time. They should just close at this point. Either out of ingredients or just royally mess up simple orders. It also doesn’t help that you get verbally attacked if you come back to have your meal corrected. Just lazy."

"My last time trying this location. I love Popeyes but these guys don’t know what they are doing. Have tried drive thru, lobby and DoorDash. Always the same. Either out of stuff or making sandwiches wrong or not giving you sauces. Just seems like nobody cares. Sadly disappointed. Especially after waiting 45 minutes on average. Don’t waste your time!"

"I keep trying, because I love Popeyes so much, but they have to be the worse managed fast food franchise in history. This time I pulled in drive-through, No wait , so I ordered. I drove around & Sat there for about 4-5 minutes. Nobody came to the window. finally she comes to the window and said it’s gonna be about 15 minutes because the cooks out and she’s not sure when he’s going to come back. Seriously? You take an order and your cook isn’t even there. no words can describe how a customer feels in that situation, beyond shocked. Isn’t there a manager on duty who should be able to fill-in in any position when there is a need or emergency?"

"order 3 piece tender meal and spicy sandwich- first thing i asked if they had blackened ranch today (they did). Recieved wrong drink and wrong sauce, tried eating anyway sandwich was rubber and stringy and tenders were cold. Went back with uneaten food and receipt asking for refund - was denied because “you ate half the meal”. Heres the “half eaten meal” I spent $18 on- wont make the mistake of going to this location again."
