"We could not have asked for a better experience than the one we had at this emergency room. From the front desk, to the triage and especially our PA Casey Lagmay. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. My husband had to get 12 stitches in his face and Casey did a phenomenal job! She was professional and cautious about my husband’s pain level. We are so grateful for the time and care she put into make sure we were comfortable and my husband’s face looked as best as possible. "I went to EI Halifax hospital today. The service was excellent. The crew made me feel comfortable. They took care of all my needs Danielle. The tat was very attentive, bringing me blankets when I was cold. She explain to me what she was doing at all times, Amber and Robert, the nurses were very attentive, asking me questions and reassuring me about what they were doing Dr Vale was excellent good bedside manner he asked me quite a few questions. He came to a conclusion of what he thought I had. He just needed to do this procedure he did and his conclusion was correct. I am so glad that I went to ER Halifax hospital great crew good service"

"As a new person to an area, it can be stressful leaving the known behind for the unknown. Thankfully, the staff at the Primary Care office treated me well. From the first phone call, communication was good. Follow up was done in a timely manner. As a new patient I was advised to come in early for paperwork. And there was paperwork. But thankfully that part is behind me. I was seen on time and the nurse went over my information. We wrapped up about 20 minutes later. Shortly after she left, my new doctor arrived. Nally Calzado Ricketts, MD was personable and made me feel at ease. As we went over my chart, I could tell she was listening to me. All in all, I think I made the right choice by choosing Dr. Nally Calzado Ricketts as my primary care doctor."
