"Pretty unfortunate policy they cannot put signs on broken games.justifications were poor, hardly get refund, some games impossible to get the prize. While I understand there should be an effort it looks more like cheating…. C’mon for a kid they send all credits/tokens and get barely something …. Disappointing After asking multiple times along the 2 hours, just one game were fixed the others just continued grabbing kids points … event they do not even work /were reported by multiple frustrated parents and guardians …. If the goal is making kids feel welcome, you may start with the basis, the games should work, also pretty cold /robotic / zombie answers from the employees …. Clearly looking for other options next time…"

"Too many people and they make u pay $1 to have a card to load with money to play. They choose to have the card instead of coins, so they shouldn't charge u for the stupid card. I'll take her to Celebration Station next time."

"Last time I went to one of these was many years ago in NJ. It was dingy and run down so I was not looking forward to this birthday party my 4 year old was invited to... I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean the games were fun. Great mascot work for the kids. The person at the front door was always watching the gate and making sure the child was leaving with the correct parent. Didn't try the food but the wings looked good. We may do our 5th birthday there."
