"Stopped by this Applebees while on a work trip and we’re definitely glad we did. Erica was our waitress and she made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend stopping by for great customer service and great food!"

"I tried to place an order for curbside pickup through the app & it wasn't working properly. I went to the restaurant to place my order since I'm across the street. The waitress was Melinda and she has always been there working very hard. She deserves all the credit for the order. She is definitely an asset!!"

"Restaurant is clean on the inside and outside. Once seated at the table was great by a nice young man as server. Placed drink order. Order appetizer and dinner. Appetizer arrived mozzarella sticks cold. Then 2 minutes later dinner arrived. Waitress said sorry kitchen pushing order out fast. Meat on both dishes out. Fries and vegs cold. Restaurant was busy but no reason for cold food and not able to enjoy appetizers. No refills on drink. Took 15 minutes to find someone to bring us our check cause the young man went home was told. Will for sure not return to this location."

"I'm going to be honest, it is just an Applebee's, and as it's a chain restaurant each one will be different while the food is always the same. Don't get me wrong though, the food was good, I had the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, which can't usually go wrong and it was brought out hot and tasty. I also got one of the seasonal cocktails which was pretty good, not too strong or too sweet. My boyfriend had the endless wings/shrimp/riblets and those were pretty good. However the service- subpar at best. This could've been the server we had, she could have had an off day and I totally understand, but please, check on your tables, and do not forget the food at the kitchens window. She started out super friendly, but then just kept disappearing the whole night, and it wasn't like it was packed enough to be gone for 30+ minutes at a time. But hey, everyone has their off days, I would say just don't expect the best service from this place. The atmosphere was fine though, they had the games going and whatnot to keep you partially occupied whilst waiting. As well as there was decent parking when we got here, but it was honestly not even that packed."
