"Overall, I was surprised that the outside lights on the building and lighting the lot were off, after dark. I passed the restaurant for this reason. It's unfortunate that I often experience an extremely long wait time when ordering anything other than a beverage when dropping in the few locations in Pinellas Park and St. Petersburg. This is a deterrent! If it were not for a want to provide dinner for my wife, I would not frequent any of the locations since I am strictly a plant-based eater. The workers at this location, as do others in my city area, regularly seem disgruntled and disorganized. I've yet to see a team member communicate with a "customer" valued style. This is a repeating issue no matter which location I visit. It's a sure way to shut any business down when customers aren't appreciated or respected! I certainly get the fact that some customers can be outright belligerent and behave as though they are quite entitled, which makes the environment more difficult than necessary for any business... but two wrongs never make a situation right! Complaining to the manager, who might also be the antagonist in a confrontation, is just adding more fuel to a blazing moment that could go in any direction, but the right one. When I observe a manager or team member, mistreat another customer or team member, I am making decisions about my future dealings with the restaurant or business. Even those at the top of many local restaurants, as leaders, don't value feedback from customers. Too often, complaining does not bring about the changes that bring new or repeat business. Customers will either ignore convenience to go where they are received and respected or switch restaurant preferences altogether! No business should want that! Good profits are certainly tied to several factors in the restaurant industry! Such as good customer service, good food, convenient access, and reasons for the customer to continue returning! "I order a 10 piece meal and ended up getting 9. Someone must be missing a finger or didn’t graduate kindergarten. Also the large side of mac and cheese was a small in a large container and it was a weird brownish color. I’m pretty sure the person who scooped that mac out to serve it wouldn’t have eaten it themselves."

"I ordered my food 40 minutes before I went to pick it up online and actually went 15 minutes after the time. It said it would be ready and it took them an additional 30 minutes upon going. They had no biscuits, no macaroni and cheese and no rice and beans. The lady said they had no biscuits and I'm like what could be a substitute. She's replied with it's only a biscuit but in my mind I paid for the biscuit so I was able to get a equal substitute in the form of the apple pie. But the issue was the apple pie tasted like it was halfway out of the refrigerator. I haven't been back in months because the last time I was there I literally waited for an hour and 5 minutes from the time I ordered to get my food with the employees. Not seeming to know what's going on and the management being just as oblivious. There's a huge problem with this restaurant and they need to fix it. I'm not even a person who likes to complain, but I'd like to see my local Popeyes here. Stay and get fixed but it seems to keep having the most horrible individuals working at"

"Nov2023 This restaurant needs an overhaul and a fresh new employees from cashier all the way to management. I love Popeye but the employee brings the franchise down. Over 20mins wait, Ordered a blackened chicken sandwich $13 but the sandwich didn't came with a chicken, the fries were mostly at the bottom of the bag, no ketchup and ask for a substitute for a sauce, its additional charge! Four employee, just hanging around the drive through counter our taking a break at the same time without care on customers."

"Stood in line for over ten minutes. Whitenessed multiple orders getting messed up while I was at the counter. After not being acknowledged, I left the line before I placed an order and walked next door to Wendy’s. Received my food quickly and politely. Two things this establishment clearly isn’t capable of. Also, building is in shambles."
