"Naya made our night! She had the most amazing customer service. She was friendly, upbeat, full of jokes and somehow had 5 cup of coffee energy at 8pm. I hope Naya is recognized for how great she is- she’s definitely on to big things!"

"They’re always friendly and recently they’ve been a lot better at making sure everything is in the bag but the food prices are higher in store than if you order online which is just ridiculous and every single time I order a quesadilla it is burned to a crisp and basically inedible. For it being one of the more expensive items on the menu I think it’s unacceptable for them to be so low quality and poorly made. Not location dependent but taco bell needs to bring back the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito, it was the best item on the menu!"

"Too much to say all at one time.... We keep going back, because the food is fairly dependable, even though they have ongoing issues with staffing, dependable hours that they're open (seems to be resolved now), online ordering via the app, running out of things with no compensation, and first and foremost, incorrect orders/lack of sauces....Never, and I mean NEVER leave the parking lot without checking your order....(Unless you don't really care about which food you get) It doesn't even upset me anymore, I just make sure to double check everything.... Lately staff has been friendly and fairly accurate , I'm sure it is hard as heck to keep good employees there, just like almost everywhere else...."

"Had a large order and it was almost like the cook just threw in the bag whatever was already made. Old hard fries didn't receive all my food and what I did was not made correctly,at least my cheese sauce was hot that was the only positive."

"The staff members were amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as I am not familiar with taco bells breakfast menu. The food was delicious! Definitely hit the spot and was surprisingly filling. The sausage egg and cheese Burritos were the best CHEAP breakfast burritos I've ever had! They are filled with more, CHEAPER and TASTE WAY BETTER than McDonald's Sausage Burritos!!! And those donut bites are everything!"
