"Every employee that I have met here is so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond. I am glad knowing my family member is in such good care here. Everything is clean too, no bad smells covered by bleach. The flank steak and garlic mashed potatoes, very tasty!"

"I left my house with my daughter, a strong pain above her stomach and she was vomiting and sick. We arrived at 2:32 am. They took her and laid her on a stretcher. They took her vitals and the nurse came. Edgar gave her some pills, two for her stomach and one. for the pain,, of course we told him it's not a stomach pain... during the course of the day everyone on the floor was eating and talking about food and with all the rooms empty, there were only 3 patients,,, it's the time that The doctor has not arrived to really see what he has. A nurse arrived and asked him, "Is everything okay?" and I asked him where the doctor is, why hasn't he arrived in the room? in this hospital constantly .emergency rooms 4:21 am the doctor has not arrived to check her. The doctor arrived 4:36 am Doctor Ortiz Benitez"

"I really didn’t want to write a review but I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve gone here multiple times and have been treated like garbage every time. I still went to them after they had a data breach and my information was exposed to a scammer. I wasn’t notified for 3 months that there was a breach. The reason I went after is because I had an accident and it was the closes hospital. The nurses are rude. I came in for a head injury and was trying to ask the nurse questions and she said “I already told you that before”.( I forgot what day it was because of the head injury) She acted like I was wasting her time the whole time. My husband thought the same thing. She was mad she had to get us water. They also billed me 4 separate times. I got a ct scan, X-ray of my right arm, sling. My bank account was hacked because of the breach and because I can’t pay the bills right now ( they sent it to collections) it’s two months old. Ive gone there for appointments numerous times. The lady upfront made me cry she was so nasty. My paper had a ink smudge and she acted like I was so dumb. I will never go back. I kept going for convenience because it was so close but now I’ll gladly drive the hour away."

"I have been holding off for months leaving this review. The only reason this place even gets any stars is because the nurses took good care of my grandpa. Other than that this place needs to be shut down. You would think it being across the street from a 55 and over community they would prioritize the health and well being of the elderly. But this place is anything but that. My grandfather had been in and out of the hospital for months there. He suffered a massive stroke while he was there (on a Friday) and was put on a ventilator. A doctor from their Nuerology department didn’t come to speak to us about what happened until TUESDAY. Until then, we were left wondering what happened and how severe it was. We were told different things from a PA that it wasn’t a massive stroke and then the doctor then said it was a massive stroke. It took days for the hospital doctors to come check on him, we had tons of questions as to what his next steps were and no one to talk to, meanwhile the hospital doctor is out front of our room flirting with nurses and had an attitude any time we asked him anything. My grandpa unfortunately passed away a little after a week after his stroke. If you love your parents or grandparents or anyone for that matter DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!"
