"I been coming to thIS Charley’s ON ULMERTON AN STARKEY EVERY SINGLE DAY BECAUSE I BEEN LOVING THE PHILLY CHICKEN STEAK COMBO WITH FRIES AN DRANK I ASK FOR RANCH AS MY SAUCE FOR FRIES ! THE FIRST FEW TIMES I START COMING THEY NEVER CHARGE ME FOR RANCH BUT EVERY SINCE I BEEN COMING EVERYDAY TO BUY THE SAME THING THE COMBO THEY BEEN TRYING TO CHARGE ME A WHOLE $1 for RANCH WHEN ITS SHOULD COME WITH MY COMBO FOR THE FRIES I come almost every day ! SO YESTERDAY I WENT TO GET THE SAME THING THEY PREMADE ME SOME RANCH THAT BARELY HAS RANCH IN IT IT HAD LIKE ONE SPOON OF RANCH IN THE CUP THE CUP WAS NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO EAT MY FRIES WITH ! As a costumer who comes every day I should not have to be having the workers at Charley’s catching attitudes with me because I want ranch , going thru this about ranch which is the only way I would enjoy my combo .. they lost a loyal costumer!"

"Good evening.. I visited the location earlier today and I was hoping for a great experience..there was 4 employees and about 8 customers.. I have gone to Charley’s locations that are in the mall and they’re awesome.. the guy that took my order did just fine.. the issue I had was one of the employees-female- came up to the register w/ gloves on..proceeded to ring up a customer-touch the computer screen- take the money..she then walked right over to food area started touching the food..no hand washing-no changing of the gloves..I’m standing in the dining room area watching this and I immediately said something to the guy that waited on me..at first he tried to deny it and then he spoke to her in Spanish..the other disturbing part was she laughed about it with the other employees…CROSS CONTAMINATION ISNT FUNNY isn’t funny…"

"This was the best cheese steak I've had in years. I put malt vinegar on the fries and they were perfect too. It is definitely on my list of places to revisit."

"1st trip to Charleys. The person at the counter addressed me soon as I walked him very pleasant. My order was correct, My sandwich , chicken Philly was hot and fresh as were the French fries. The 6-in sandwich was more than enough I didn't finish my French fries. The owner came in while I was there and he immediately started helping customers and making sure everyone had been taken care of . The restaurant was clean and temperature was cool. This location does have a drive-thru and since everything is made fresh prepare to have a little bit of awake."

"Very good cheese steaks. The ingredients were especially fresh tasting. The bread was really soft and delicious. Fries were perfect. They did not have any tea to drink when I went."
