Taco Bell

"Came into the store and immediately am greeted by a customer telling me that not to order because there's no eggs for breakfast and was asking for a refund from the attendant. So, I ordered from the regular menu. Took 10 minutes (fast food) and no one else is in the store. All the while, the employees are complaining about customers out loud. When I went to get my drink there was no ice, so I had one of the attendants get ice for me from the drive thru machine. When I got the cup, I proceeded to get my drink and it came out like a pressure washer. The last attendant forgot to put in the nozzles. When I got down the tables are dirty. The lady behind the counter was kind and nice, but it was like trying to save the Titanic by scooping out water with a kiddie beach bucket. I am on the road a lot, so fast food and I are joined at the hip and this has to be one of the most mismanaged store I've ever been in."

"They clearly have not been trained properly on making the Grilled cheese nacho fries."

"My hubby is a Taco Bell connoisseur lol. The manager checked on us and was pleasant. We ate in the dining room with construction workers plus one grandma at lunchtime. Our order was correct and delicious. The tacos were more stuffed here than the other Taco Bell we went to in SoFlo did. Clean dining room at lunch time. The manager cleaned it very well between crowds. Fast service. Of note, my husband hates ordering at a kiosk but he said Taco Bell’s kiosk was the easiest to use, way better than McDonald’s or DD. Also, his favorite is the Double Decker Taco. When I’m on a diet I like the bean burrito."

"Went through drive thru. Everything went smoothly an no problems the girl was very sweet on the microphone. An gave us extra sauces asked about the dollar menu an where it was on the new screen she was not able to tell me that information. But everything was great besides that one thing I laughed it off an ordered the first thing that came to my sight.but have never experienced any bad food choices yet been all good."
