"We loved it so much after our first visit that we knew we had to come back again. We were greeted and seated by Mario, who is warm, welcoming, and attentive. He remembered us from our first visit, which is always appreciated. Our server, Alejandro, provided an exceptional experience as we sat outdoors. The menu caters to a variety of authentic Mexican offerings, and I love the layout of the menu. The food was perfect, an absolute delight for the senses. From the speedy service to the sizzling hot plates delivered to our table, Alejandro, and the entire Fiesta Azul Tequila House family once again left us wanting more."

"Tried them to go for lunch using their online ordering system. We had the tacos al pastor, and the fajitas. The tacos al pastor were extremely good. The fajitas were quite tasty as well, although I think with the portion size as large as it was, it needed an extra Tortilla or two as we were left with extra meat and veggies without a home. The rice and beans were good, though not the best I've had. Also the beans were a little on the pasty side, so maybe a bit overdone. Otherwise all the food was good. It was a bit choppy as far as service at first. They didn't seem to know about my order up front when i told them i was there for pickup but confirmed with the kitchen and all was well. First look, it was a very clean, spacious Floorplan with a large bar in the center, plenty seating of all types, including an outdoor screened in area. They had handicapped parking and were located in a plaza with plenty of spaces open. Ultimately, the star of the show were the al pastor tacos. All of the food was good, on time, correct, good portions for the money, and I would reorder any of it again and recommend as a good option for Mexican in the St. Cloud area."
