Pizza Hut

"I waited two hours for a medium pizza to be delivered. I called and she said give it 20 more minutes. I waited another 30 minutes called again and she couldn't locate my order and put me on hold. Then after holding a manager gets on Amanda and had a nasty tone and attitude. "You wanted to talk to a manager?" No I was on hold after I asked the status of my order. It's been 2 hours. She put ne on hold to look then you came on. I wish I could've recorded the convo. I lost my voice. I was talking very low and calm and she just came off rude. Cut me off when I tried to provide the proper phone number to get the order. "Yea sorry someone called out should be there any minute ". Hung up. Didn't offer any compensation whatsoever. It's over two hours I'm still waiting for my order. I was very understanding until she got on the phone. She should not be a manager what awful service"

"I felt really welcomed in here :) Jesus was quick to receive and complete my order ~ great for conversation as well! Also these were so yummy!"

"My pizza tasted gross and needed to be microwaved when I got it as it wasn't even room temperature. The breadsticks were burnt with no garlic topping and even marinara sauce didn't help. I ordered a Seagram's Ginger Ale 2 liter and got a Sprite version 2 liter called Starry. Not what I ordered, arrived late, burnt and gross. Never again"

"Fast and friendly service. Pizza was hot and my son loved it. He also wanted a limited edition Pizza Hut basketball, we got one but it wasn't inflated very much and it was greasy for some reason. That's my only complaint. I asked for another one and the employee told me the one my son had was fine and no other ones were available. After further inspection the logos on the ball are worn off in some spots."
