"If I could give this place a zero I would. They charge me twice and didn’t even tell me until I brought up to the person and she was like I did a refund but did not provide me with any proof of doing so refund when I spoke to the manager she basically told me it is he said she said situation. At this point I would like it if the district manager reaches out to me because the way I was talked to on the phone I will not be letting it go. Not my fault your hire people that don’t know what they are doing."

They dont smile they barely look at you. Theres no hi i will be right with you. Not a dam thing. Management needs to do some training on customer service because baby this just isn’t it."

"A 24-hour Dunkin! We visited this one around 9:00 pm right when other coffee shops were closing and not only did they have donuts in their case they also had Baskin Robbins ice cream, too. The Dunkin team of four was handling both businesses. There were people coming through the drive through. They had excellent customer service. My husband got the Christmas sprinkles doughnut and hazelnut coffee."
