"Went through the drive through and did not get offered a receipt. Noticed when we got home that some of our food was missing. Just feels like this place is always doing the bare minimum. There is one just a little bit further that’s way better. Just go ahead and drive on to that one"

"I just got off work and decided to order some Taco Bell before I hit the road so that I can pick it up w enough time. When I pull into the drive way they let me know they are waiting on the Nacho Fries and to pull up. I’m not one to complain ever and was fine waiting. After around 5mins the gentleman brings out my food and let’s me know that he added cinnamon twists and an iced drink for my wait. I know other locations don’t bring this energy and I wanted to make sure the team tonight was recognized on their customer service"

"I spend nearly 40$ on food for the employee just throwing a cup of sauce in the bag that the lid came off and spilled everywhere! I don’t understand why I can never get excellent service from fast food. Pay them more and take the time to insure your employees do their job! Never again!"

"Asked the girl taking my order three times to make sure one of these crunch wraps is chicken!!!!! I swear this Specific place has really really bad customer service! They don’t listen they don’t repeat the Oder and always gives you the wrong order it’s super annoying!!!! The register breaks down all time and they close ealier then stated online. At this point I’m ready to sue this place! I have so much proof of bad service it’s ridiculous! Seriously!"

"If I could I would give this place ZERO stars. So disgusting. By the time I got home I noticed the bottom of the bag was soaking wet and had to place it in a plastic bag because it was already ripping apart at the bottom. I reach my hand inside and everything is WET. I ordered a chalupa meal and shredded chicken Chipotle melts. Then 2 extra tacos. The only thing I was able to salvage was the Chipotle chicken melts! UNBELIEVABLE. Reading the rest of these reviews I don't even know how this place is still open it's obvious they have a quality control issue. I don't expect gourmet food but never have I been to a Taco Bell and not been able to eat the food that I PAID FOR."
