"Food always good as I love 5 guys. Although 5 guys is and has always been known for filling up the bag with fries . And every time iv been to this specific location since they’ve opened they barely even fill the cup . Like what’s up with that ? I’m paying $17 for a meal (which is the price of a sit down restaurant where people serve you ) and you can’t even give me a decent amount of fries ? Like i swear they give me less fries then McDonald’s value fries. Not understanding why they’re being so cheap with the fries for?"

"Let me start by saying that I am most likely the biggest five guys fan on the planet! I felt like I needed to share my experience last night. I ran into the store to get a quick little fry for my ride home. It was 830 on a Saturday night and the store was pretty quiet with two people waiting for a pick up order and four people sitting at a table. I placed my order and went to wait per usual. I went to one of the tall tables close to the pick up area to stay out of the way, and noticed that the table was covered with food. Not just crumbs, but actual pieces of hamburger and ketchup. As I looked around, the floor was also covered in food, and I just assumed someone and had a small child at that table. As I was waiting, I glanced around the store and realized that there was food on all of the tables and the floor. Looks like someone had a food fight in there! And then noticed that behind the counter on the fryers, there was also food. Likely old french fries and such but it was very thick with oil and old fries. It looks like no one had wiped it down all day. one of the ladies that was there when I got there Approached the counter again after five or six minutes and asked about her order. It turned out that her order had been sitting up on the shelf the entire time she had been there, and no one had looked to see if it was up there. I watched the person on the fries , since that is what I was waiting for and noticed that he was only cooking a few fries at a time which I’ve never seen done before. He put a few fries in a small cup for my order put them in a bag and walked back over to the fryer. The fries he put in my bag had been in , the warmer previously so did not come fresh out of the fryer. He then waited another four minutes before pulling another few fries out of the fryer and adding a few extra to my bag. He picked up my bag and called my number and I headed out the door. as I was leaving I looked in the bag and realized that there were exactly 7 fries in the bag SEVEN! I went back and said, can you please put a few more fries in my bag And he gave me four more fries for a total of 11. I am not sure what a normal size small fry looks like there but I do know it’s more than 11 fries. These were not giant fries mind you they were what you get from fresh cut potatoes, which is varying sizes. I was just very surprised by the whole experience. Normally five guys are very clean and I’ve never questioned the quality or the cleanliness of anything I’ve gotten there. This experience definitely makes me question this location. it is a new location and I know that they are learning but there definitely needs to be some oversight and training done for it to meet the quality bar that most people are used to from FiveGuys."

"Five Guys food never disappoints but the service at this location is superb. The woman at the front was so sweet, friendly, and helpful. Good service is becoming so rare, it’s been a real treat coming here a few times since they opened."

"Pretty good burger. Just quite expensive, $17 for a cheese burger and fries. The person who took my order was nice. The store is very new. On a side note, you just had to text the will power of gym goers putting this across the parking lot from the gym. Lol"

"FIVE GUYS WINTER PARK IS OPEN!! I just happened to stop by this morning and it was truly a delightful and very quick experience! Everything is brand new and the staff was enthusiastic and kind. I got the Little Bacon Cheeseburger, all the way, and despite its name, the portion size was ample. The well-cooked patty, crispy bacon, and melted cheese combine beautifully, the onions and mushrooms just add that extra oomph imho. The fries were fresh and clearly made to order, they’re larger than the typical french fry and I prefer more crunch but I know that’s just not the type of fries they serve at Five Guys. if you’ve been before to another location you know the generous serving size they include in your fry order adds value to the meal either way. I placed my order at 11:11 and was back in my car by 11:17, even with the lengthy walk to my parking spot. All in all, I’m happy I stopped in!"
