"There was a tphc stiker inside my crunchwrap. The taco that came with it was completely demolished and soaked through. The chalupa in the chalupa craving box was missing even when told that something was missing and them reassuring me everything was in the bag. And since they didn't give me a receipt not sure if something can be claimed."

"absolute garbage. i stood at the register while the staff looked at me and kept joking together at the window. i let them know baja blast was out- no one changed it. i ordered 2 tacos, they forgot to add it to my order. no napkins in the entire building. every table dirty. food cold and nasty. i’ll never be back here."

"Hours need to be updated. Staff stops answering drive thru at 10pm. Currently sitting outside the drive thru on 8/7 at 10:23pm for about 6 minutes now and no answer. Happens frequently but unfortunately I live close by. Adding date and time for tracking. Even now I can see several employees inside and the kitchen has already been fully cleaned. They are actively choosing not to work despite being open. If choosing to report location to corporate remember to go to the KFC website and not the Taco Bell website. Nothing will change if people don't report through the proper channels."

"Shocking service. One girl had no idea if the ingredients were gluten free and told me to look it up and another girl, I presume the manager, told me the prices were wrong when I asked why the cheese quesadilla was 4.29 and then just walked off. When I got out I then found my Chicken taco might as well not have had chicken in it. Not impressed"

"As Taco Bells go this one was okay. The store was clean and the food tasted good. I got 3 Doritos Locos Tacos and they all fell apart when I tried to eat them. I had to finish them with a fork which was disappointing. Overall it was a fine visit."
