"My order was place over the phone for a “well done” pizza. I arrived, picked up, & left with my order. Once I got in my car, I opened the box and noticed the pizza was no where near well done. The original order looked raw and uncooked. It took a few people to figure out what to do with my order. Then a fourth person came to the counter, looked at the pizza as if I should take it and go about my business. I explained to the manager that the pizza was not cooked correctly. The manager stated that she did not want to burn the pizza. There are plenty of ways to cook a pizza well done without burning it. Interestingly, this location does not know how to do just that. Below is an image of the second pizza I was given. Long story short, I will never eat at this particular location again."

"My server was friendly and efficient! As an app I ordered the cesar salad, it was refreshing and tasty and it held me over for the 30 minutes, it took for my small "Chicago Classic" to arrive at my table. The wait was so worth it, because the pizza was so good, 10/10 would recommend!!"

"Took an afternoon motorcycle ride from St Augustine with a couple friends to grab a pie. Timed it perfect as we got there just before the rush. Server was very attentive, always making sure drinks were refilled. Got the deep dish and it was cooked perfectly. Was a chilly ride back home but worth it for a good pie."

"Amazing Pizza and if you get one of their Specialty Deep Dished ones it's more of a loaded Meat Pie. Incredible. The only reason I gave a 4 on atmosphere was the tables in the center are soo close its almost like one long table and I wasn't expecting group family style dining ( but we could have waited for a booth ) . The minor deduction is merely a reflection of the bustling nature of the restaurant, which, in turn, may have contributed to a slightly less personalized service. Giordano's Pizza in Orlando exceeded our expectations, delivering a true taste of Chicago in the heart of Florida. The pizza alone is reason enough to make this a go-to spot for pizza enthusiasts, and the service, while not flawless, was certainly satisfactory. I wholeheartedly give Giordano's Pizza a well-deserved 5 out of 5 for the pizza and a commendable 4 out of 5 for the service.
