Pizza Hut

"Susan is who served us and I can see others who are mentioning her in their comments. We were there probably an hour and seen some of what they are talking about as well. She is a bit rough around the edges for sure, but she means well. She does ask where you are from, but not in a malicious demeaning way. She's a Floridian and I think genuinely just curious and a different era than she grew up in. People's feeling just get hurt too easily (again.. my opinion). I think there definitely needed to be 1 other person there for service as it did get a bit full between delivery services, walk ups, and dine ins. 1 family did leave not very happy because they weren't waited on quick enough, and another she told them they couldn't dine in with a "to go" order.. which is understandable but they weren't happy either. All in all this place does need an upgrade for our even changing expectations of people in general... but with Susan there you better believe customers are kept in line with Pizza Huts guidelines."

"I usually come to this pizza hut for my personal pan. I've walked in and called in. They're always friendly and never had an issue. Tonight I wanted to try the honey hot. Deep dish please. Ordered online. When I went in it was busy. Gentlemen who helped was fast and friendly and whoever made this pizza kuddos. Perfect portion from sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Deep was dishing definitely. Good job on a Saturday busy night"

"Do not go to this Pizza Hut, the old lady here was super rude to my family and me. She asked us where we were from and when we told her, she said she was gonna get us somebody else to attend us, (we are hispanic) and then she came back to get our order and she was screaming at us, and saying she was only taking our drink order because she was in a bad mood and she was going to get somebody else to get our food order. When we were about to order the drink, she was very rude, because we order sprite and she said there is no longer sprite now is called something else, and we ask for coke and she said no coke, Pepsi but in the rudest way ever, she was screaming and we had to leave. Very disappointed, the lady was also screaming to the employees in front of all the customers, this whole situation was very upsetting and embarrassing"

"Pizza Hut closes at midnight. Arrived at 11:25pm to order a pizza, but the lady (shown in the picture) did not want to take my order because she said they were already cleaning the saloon and the kitchen (I would not even eat there, it was to take off). I have argued saying that they close only at midnight, and it would only take 15-20 min to make the pizza, but she said that she would not like to take my order and went off to the kitchen after that. If I was the owner or manager, I would really fire and replace the staff. This is so wrong I many ways. It they are not willing to take order after 11pm, then close at 11pm, not midnight, or fire the staff and keep the store actually taking orders up until midnight. Hope this Pizza Hut shuts down"

"Very poor service, very slow service. Staff showed total disrespect and was on their phones while customers waited to be attended to. Time stated at purchase became more than double when the pick up should have happened. All the customers I saw while there had to wait extremely long for their food. No management was present and it showed. The only plus was that the pizza was really great, but I will not go back there and will not suggest that branch to anybody else."
