"Boca Christian works diligently to maintain a caring and encouraging environment on campus for every student in every grade. Faculty members monitor student interactions daily in the classroom, lunch room, and on the playground. There are many ways a student and/or parents can report difficult relationships and ask for help. Our counselors and administrators provide individual and family interventions for students who are struggling with their own or others behavior. Middle school students meet weekly with a faculty advisor in small groups designed to allow open communication and offer mutual support from peers and the advisor. High school has a peer support outreach group focused on encouragement and inclusivity. Through parent workshops, parent teacher conferences, special topics in chapel, Bible classes, and school themes, we work proactively to provide a school climate that reflects Ephesians 4:29, “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouth, but only what is helpful to building others up according to their needs that it may benefit those who listen.” Ultimately we seek to foster a partnership between home and school in which students feel safe in reporting and working on any ongoing issues."
