"This location is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The service sucks. If you ask for ANYTHING they give you a disgusted look like you are bothering them. The dining room says it opens at 6am, but rarely is it open at that time. I don't have a car, so I can't go to the drive thru. All I want is breakfast on my way to work and I can't even walk in and order food. Stay away from this store."

"EVERYTIME I order doordash/ubereats.. something always missing. I usually drive there to ensure I got everything before I leave but no car atm. Idk how many times I’ve ordered from here.. it’s just closer. I ordered today 2 burgers, nuggets, fry and 2 sodas.. missing a burger and dipping sauces. Shxt half the time the food be cold too! This isn’t the first second or third time. Happens every damn time. I’ve worked fast food for years. DOUBLE CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE SENDING IT OUT!! I try calling the store but no one ever answers!"

"We ordered door dash and instead of reporting to door dash that they don’t have certain menu items so they can be removed from selection they decided to let us pay the extra for what we selected and give us what they decide is a good replacement, or not give us anything. Extra whip cream and caramel frappe was given to me with barely any whipped cream and NO caramel at all. Missing a hash brown and the one they gave me when I went to complain was coated in salt. I order 2 strawberry pies and they decide to give me 1 strawberry and 1 apple pie. I got no silverware and no condiments. Not even a straw to drink my caramel-less frappe with. I vote to defund and disband this McDonald’s!! Worst in Arlington maybe even the entire city of Jax! “The one with the S is strawberry”"

"Night manager is trash! I placed a mobile order of Fries only and by the time I got to the window, no fries. Because the managers are graded by the timer at the drive thru, they try to cheat those numbers by having you park somewhere else until they take their time and get your food to you. I said no so he refused to give me my fries or a refund! Trash!!!"
