Domino's Pizza

"I earned a free emergency pizza however when I tried to use it today while at work I found out that you can only get it delivered to you if you make a minimum of a $17 purchase. What good is it if you have to buy more in order to redeem it!!! You just lost my business! If I have to buy a minimum $ amount in order to get delivery I'll do it someplace else. Obviously your free pizza isn't free at all. Zero stars for you if it would let me"

"I ordered a small personal cheese pizza and it cost $11 and some change that's ridiculous, but it doesn't stop there. There's people getting sick all around Florida and I'm sure other states and these guys are touching money, computers , clothes and PREPARING YOUR FOOD without gloves. SMH this is bad and honestly I will be reporting this to the health department."

"Had a great experience tonight - they were understaffed (of course no fault of those working!) and offered fantastic solutions. the food was fresh and hot and pick up was super easy. Hoping the driver + young lady working the store tonight are treated well for their hard work!"

"Absolutely terrible store service. Our order was not delivered to my address the first time, even though it stated delivered. Called the store at 7pm and spoke to Andrew, he said they would remake it and offered to add on an item at no-charge and I said no thank you but thanked him for remaking the order and told him to have the drive call me so he gets it to the correct building in the complex. We waited until after 8pm for the second order and the driver did not call and no order was delivered again. I called the store and told them just to refund my money. I understand I am in a large condo community, but the buildings are well lit and well marked with each building number. I specifically told Andrew to have the driver to call me when he gets here (the second time). Amazon finds our unit just fine, UPS finds us, Uber finds us and all the other food deliveries find us. I have no idea why your driver can't."

"I know that everyone says it, but really I don't usually leave negative reviews. I've worked restaurants and retail so I know how much of a struggle it can be but my frustration level with this store comes from multiple poor experiences. Most recently, I tried to place a lunch order one day during the week and ended up having to call and cancel the order after it had not even hit the prep stage after an hour. I did call to check on the order before cancelling and it was confirmed they had not been able to start making it due to being short staffed (which is the company's fault and not theirs). Gave them another shot on the weekend (I've been craving pizza) and the system notified me that my food was cooked and in the process of being delivered. Had to call the store twice just to get anyone to answer and was told they received 4 orders all at once so things were a bit backed up. Totally understandable. My confusion was of course that the system was telling me that my order had been out for delivery for over 30 minutes at that point. I was told that was not the case and to call back if there were any issues with the food being cold once it was delivered. Great. Fast forward another 20 minutes (half an hour past the original estimated latest delivery time but w.e.) and the delivery driver calls for directions so I meet him outside my apartment building. He hands me two boxes where I immediately know dipping sauces are missing but that is when he asks me to check to see if it is the right order.... I look in the top box and unsurprisingly, it is not. Neither item he handed me is from my order. I hand him the food back and told him not to worry about it as he seemed very upset over the mix up. I then called the store to cancel the second order of the week. My advice? If you're in the Baymeadows area, order from any other pizza store. Honestly, you could probably go to the store, purchase ingredients, drive back home, prep and cook the food yourself all in the time it takes them to even look at your order in their system. Then you would also save yourself the almost $6 delivery fee, have hot food, and actually get what you pay for."
