"Let me start by saying we have an M Shack in our front yard in Nocatee. But this location at the St Johns Town Center seems like a completely different restaurant. Vibe, portions, service, even the menu offerings seemed like a completely different M Shack than what we have in Nocatee - almost like it could be Nocatee M Shack's BIG BROTHER. The different management is definitely noticeable - in a WONDERFUL way. The Chicago dog is truly authentic right down to the types of pepper toppings and green relish. Having eaten an authentic Chicago dog at Wrigly Stadium during a Cub's game, I can attest to this - although the one at the Cub's stadium is about 3 times bigger. The one at M Shack is it's little brother. I can honestly say that M Shack serves the best truffle fries I've ever tasted in Jacksonville. No lie. You're a connoisseur of Truffle Fries, this ranks right up there with the Truffle Fries at the RH (furniture store) restaurant. Which to me is top of the crop. All in all - one of the top 3 best burger joints in Town (Center) :)"

"A good burger prepared fresh and reasonably quick. Prices are a little higher than I would like, my burger was $10+ and didn’t come with a side or a drink. Maybe I’m cheap, but a $10+ burger should come with fries in my book. There is no table service. You order and pay at a counter, get your own drink, and find yourself a table. A food runner brings out your order (same way Chick Fli A and Dairy Queen work)."

"Wanted to try out a new burger place while out doing some errands in the area. Have never tried this establishment before and glad I did. I ordered the sunrise burger with a fried egg on top. The burger was assembled with presentation in mind. Everything turned out great. The sweet tea at the location was perfect!"
