"AGAIN. MICROWAVED OVER PRICED SANDWHICHES. DISGUSTING. I THINK I AM DONE WITH BURGER KING FOR GOOD. GREAT JOB, GUYS. So tired of my overpriced sandwiches MICROWAVED and drowned in mayo. It is every single time I go there. I go so infrequently that I normally chastise myself when I receive the same low level quality food but not today. Today I took the time to say that this behavior in BK is intolerable and DISGUSTING. I do NOT want half a jar of mayo on my burger, I do NOT want the trash parts of a head of lettuce on my burger. Giant, cubes of lettuce. Seriously? Employees, while friendly, display no care in what the customer receives. Comes off as LAZY and DISRESPECTFUL. THEY ALSO TEAR THE RECIEPT SO IT CUTS OFF STORE NUMBER, IF YOU CANEVEN READ IT, TO PREVENT CUSTOMER SURVEYS."

"Quick and the employee got my order exactly like I said on her first try, she helped me understand their rewards and deals along the way. She helped me to save money and get more food. Completely satisfied and very grateful for her and her ability to go the extra distance to make my visit above and beyond. It is employees like her that make me go there multiple times a week,"

"I made an online mobile order and when I went to go pick it up the drive thru line was very long so I went inside. When I came inside there were only 3-4 workers and it was clearly understaffed. There was no one at the register. Once I saw someone that was working they were complaining to another worker about how mad they are and how they wish they weren’t there. I made the order 20-30 minutes before arriving so I was under the impression that my order was done if not very close to being done. I was waiting 20-30 more minutes inside and under the impression that my order was being made but I was wrong. Come to find out, my order never went thru. I’m thinking okay it’s whatever, it’s busy, I’ll just get a refund later and make a new order right there at the register. No I was dead wrong and the person at the register told me that they wouldn’t make a new order for me EVEN THOUGH I had been waiting there for over 20 minutes and they saw me waiting there and made the online order close to an hour ago. The person at the register wouldn’t let me make a new order. The person at the register gave me so much attitude. I was absolutely astonished. I didn’t believe this was real. I asked for a manager but was told that she is the manager. I couldn’t believe what was going on. This was by far THE WORST fast food experience I’ve EVER had in my life. Where are the REAL managers for this Burger King???? I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS BURGER KING UNLESS THE WORKERS THERE ACTUALLY APPRECIATE THEIR JOB & WORK. I also plan on telling my friends how bad of an experience I had at that Burger King."
