"Workers were very rude. I was simply waiting for my food and they took forever to make it. One worker threatened to fight multiple times when I didn't even say or do anything to them. Manager was also very rude as well. I will not be coming back here ever again."

"Service used to be good, the last 5 times we’ve gotten not fully cooked wings and no sauce even after asking for extra. Employees got no sense of urgency whatsoever specially when the store is busy, I’m currently waiting for my order giving this place one last chance and yet here I sit waiting for an hour now for my online order. One of the employees on southside locations is just sitting in the back on her phone while I see more than 15 costumers come and go. This goes for most of the stores, this company needs to get their costumer service together!!"

"I am so tired of this plaaaaace. I will never go back. I used to love the food here and the last few times I have gone they have had no interest in actually taking my order and cooking the food the way I asked for it. I literally asked three times to make sure the wings were well done this time…when I ordered, then I confirmed with the lady who took my order that they were going to be well done and then I asked the lady who handed me the bag if they were well done and she said yes. They weren’t well done. Not even close. I cannot eat slimy wings and that used to be the best part of wingstop is getting crunchy wings but this is the third time in a row they couldn’t be bothered so I will not ever be bothered by coming in here again. Too frustrating of an experience. Too many good wing places out there to put up with it seriously."

"My FIRST time ever eating here. Once I walked in I was greeted properly - asked was I here for pick up or needed to order. My order was taken very quickly and my food came out after almost 15 minutes which was fine. All my food was Very Fresh and delicious I would definitely eat at a Wingstop again!!"

"First the attitude of the cashier was really BAD, we went there because my kids wanted to try it, but definitely NOT going there AGAIN, the food is bad this is something that you want to throw in the garbage. By the way I give 1 star because that’s the only way to write a review other wise I will give them 0."
