"Literally waited an hour for my food in the store, and was going to leave and keep my mouth shut. However, as I was walking out the door the employee who gave me my food mumbled “don’t snatch anything out of my hand” so I turned around and argued with her that while yes I had been waiting an hour for my food I didn’t snatch anything from her, and she continued to tell me “not my problem” and “you did snatch it” as she retreated into the kitchen. Literally started an argument with me in front of other people waiting, for no reason. I understand having a bad day, I understand orders being backed up, but don’t start an argument if you aren’t gonna back it up or be ready to be called out for it. Will literally never order from here again."

"Staff is uncaring, and it shows, blatantly, in the taste and presentation of their food, unfortunately. 5 times I've given them an opportunity. And 5 times, I have been severely dehydrated of the joy of enjoying a well prepared set of wings. I love wings... top 3 food all the time, and I can eat it every day, but if you told me I had to eat at this specific Wingstop on Southside Blvd every day.... I would lose weight, hair, and the will to live. That's how terrible they are as a whole. From service to the cooks. A franchise where no one involved gives any concern to the public it serves. A soul-less food delivery store. Zero stars."

"First time ordering Wing stop. My order was inaccurate. Then on top of it one of my boneless chicken had a penny size plastic in it. That was in my mouth, I almost shallow it. I had to clean it off cause I couldn’t believe what I was looking at. This kind of stuff has never happen to me at all. If I can figure out how to upload a picture of it I will. Never again will I order from there or any wing stop again."

"We sat in and the food was piping hot and delicious. The lady at the front was quick and nice, and the gentleman cooking up our food was very nice too. We were iffy to come here because of the reviews but like I told my husband,I'm glad we didn't listen to the reviews this time."

"I originally arrived to the restaurant to get the Cajun wing meal that was advertised, believing that it was some sort of special, but ordering the Cajun wing meal was the exact same price as ordering a regular wing meal, which is false advertisement. The cashier who took our order seemed okay just a little loud. There wasn’t much of a long wait for a food since we were one of three people there. When we went to sit down, we noticed that there were two children sitting in the back who were probably 2 and 4 years old, who seem to belong to the cashier, who took our order , the children were running around in the lobby, and as well as behind the register. At one point one of the children threw their shoe at my friend (assault), and while the children were running around the store, the cashier did nothing to stop them. In fact, she encouraged them. If you look in the photos, added, you see a book bag, a tablet that belongs to the children, which means they have been there all day. Also the staff were wearing AirPods and not wearing proper nonslip shoes. when we got our food the wings were hot but the fries were warm which makes no sense if the wings are cooked before the fries overall, I would give this experience a one star out of five the food was below average, nothing to brag about but the atmosphere and the service needs improvement."
