Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

"Charley's is my favorite place for a Philly cheese steak. Food is always amazing. But this specific location is terrible. Once when ordering in the drive thru, the employee working the drive thru and taking orders DID NOT speak any English lol. I had to get the manager to take my order. This time I'm 20 mins before closing time (close is 10pm) and they've already closed shop, still have all of the lights on. This isn't the only place to do this, it's becoming a problem that a place selling food is never actually open or serve all of the food up till close. If you're open till 10, be open until 10 AND SERVE YOUR ADVERTISED FOOD UNTIL ACTUAL CLOSE TIME."

"Fast food Philly's.. sandwich was just OK. My biggest issue is that they had signs all over the parking lot, and on the counter for the lunch special... 2 for $9.99 on ANY Philly! However, that is NOT the case. Their advertising is misleading. Will NOT be back."

"First time in, food was ok. This isn’t gourmet or made from scratch. For anybody expecting anything different this is “steakum “ out of a bag. With that said the sandwich itself wasn’t horrible (if you’re aware of what you’re getting again for $16) warm and made to order, toppings looked and tasted fresh. One regular size sandwich with fries and a drink is $16 which is why I guess some people are complaining that by the time they order 2 I guess they’re $30 some in. Again just know you’re paying high end prices for frozen steakum meat that’s all. Customer service was ok, fast and the atmosphere was ok nothing special, I wasn’t there to sit down I got my food to go. Don’t think I’ll go out of my way to come back, wasn’t overly impressed, but in a pinch definitely better than Macdonald, not by a mile."

"First of all just two meals (one being a combo and the other just being the food alone-missing it’s condiments) was over 30$. That’s outrageous for fast food. Second, the restaurant itself looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since opening. And the bathrooms were worse. The toilet paper is just sat on top of a toilet that looks like the rest of the bathroom- uncleaned. The floors were disgusting and my shoes kept sticking to the floor everywhere. And there was roaches (One dead in photo below). The food itself we hard and rubbery. Disgusting. Don’t eat here. They need a health inspection immediately."

"Great location, clean, the employees are nice and helpful, food is always good and fresh. Their app rewards program is amazing. A must stop location if you are in the San Jose area."
