"Ordered on Uber eats to pick up. Got there and the women working the front were flirting and playing around with a group of male customers. Cursing and basically screwing around. The floor behind the counter was disgusting. It looked like someone vomited on it. They were using their phones with their food gloves on. They ignored us and never gave us any indication on when our order would be ready despite us giving our name. Uber said it would be done in 15 minutes. I’m standing here for over double that. I spent $60 and regret it. Worst experience in any restaurant I’ve ever been in and that’s saying a lot."

"Took forever to fill an online order that was supposed to be at the drive up window. Had to go inside and wait while listening to multiple f-bombs from the staff's conversations. Very smoky inside (dirty fryer oil?). Then, the order wasn't completely right but at that point I was done."

"Good service is so hard to find these days! I waited in line from 9:30pm to 9:40pm just to hear, we’re closed! Four employees laughing and joking as one employee delivers the message. I’ll never visit this location again!"

"These guys made my night! Even cooked me fresh Mac and cheese 10 min before closing!! Manager and the young man at the window were very friendly and made me an excellent meal! I will be coming back to this popeyes definitely!!"

"Good food, SLOW service. I will say probably the best mac & cheese I’ve had at a fast food place. Did an online prepaid order, otherwise would have left. Spent almost 25 minutes in the drive through, and the food was almost cold. They also had to substitute several items. The app should not allow ordering if an item is not available as some restaurants do, I’m sure some people would not have wanted some of the options, and with the order prepaid, not much choice. Only had 6 (of 8) nuggets, so they substituted with a tender. Did not have ANY pies, substituted with a strawberry biscuit ( this was the only other dessert option). Only 2 dipping sauces of the 9 available. I was pleasantly surprised with the strawberry biscuit. It was very good, and I was actually happy they didn’t have any of the pie I ordered. I don’t think I’d pay $1.99 for it though. Feedback from people at work said they are ALWAYS this slow at that location. So just don’t expect “fast” food here."
