"Food was iffy and not many real options. Although they have a lot of subs, they are all very similar or not very interesting. They had very little unique subs, and to my dismay there was no meatball sub. Also, the way the classify the sizes is weird; i asked for a small Italian but he said they couldn't do that and i had to order a similar sandwich to get a small? Very weird. The food was fine, but not special or that great. But the interior was clean and had funny signs. Bad location, as there are several other sub places and it's hard to get to."

"We ordered from the drive through just before noon today, 12/10/23. While waiting, the guy at the window was having issues with the register. A woman on the food line, wearing gloves, walked over to him and showed him what to do by touching the buttons. Then she proceeded back to the line to grab the lettuce for our sandwiches. The cashier was still having trouble, so she did it again. She was also intermittently touching her headphones. I told the guy that we were leaving because she was touching stuff and the food. Side note: We stopped going there a year ago because the cashier was touching the register with gloves, then going over to help wrap the food. We decided to come back a couple months ago and was happy that girl was no longer working there. We were excited because we like the sandwiches. However, we will have to avoid it again."

"A $23.00 sandwich with 6 pieces of turkey is a bit ridiculous, it only took me 2 or 3 bites to realize I couldn’t taste any turkey… it’s a shame jimmy johns used to be pretty good about their quality. And on top of that my next visit I paid for 2 ranch’s and was not given any. Returned the whole sandwich in the morning after."
