"Looks good, seems good but... extremely bland food a small step above frozen dinners from grocery store. Nothing tastes fresh and there's obviously more attention on bottom line revenue/profit than tasteful unfrozen garbage food."

"I ordered a 6 oz steak (the smallest on the menu). I weighed it and it’s 3.4 ounces. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Management said, “They come pre cut. There’s nothing that we can do about it. Call corporate.” So you couldn’t replace it or at least give me another little 3 oz? This should very well become a lawsuit. They can’t keep advertising one thing and giving you HALF OF THE STEAK. Chili’s will never have my business again since this is the way it is. And corporate doesn’t even have a number."

"The five stars for this Chili experience goes to Aubrey who was the manager whom I spoke with about an incorrect online order. Placed an order online and then had to call to customize the order and the employee said that she would make sure the order would be changed. When I got home the order had not been done correctly and was missing the rice and beans. My son’s order of chicken and fries consisted of about 6 fries and about 8 little pieces of grilled chicken. Called after we realized the order was incorrect and spoke with the Manager Aubrey. First thing she did was apologize and then let me explain the order mistakes. She gave me an option of a refund or coming back in to get a new meal. Since we didn’t live close by we chose to have it refunded. She also sent a “Dinner on Us” coupon to my email. Aubrey was extremely nice and very helpful. I will return to this location only because Aubrey made it right for us. Very rare these days to speak with a manager let alone one that will do all they can to make it right."

"Food was good. Always generous portions. Wife ordered Cajun shrimp past but received chicken. She still liked it. My burger was delicious. Molten laba for dessert!"
