"Today was actually a pleasant experience coming to this popoyees. I’ve had some horrible experiences here such as extremely slow service, dissatisfied customer service but today was amazing! The manager was present and acted with so much urgency to move the drive through line. My wait had to be under 5 minutes and food was fresh as well. If under new management, it shows! Great job today!"

"The closing crew picked for this location should be reevaluated. I placed a pickup order well over an hour before closing time. The team members were already preparing to close for the night. Very little of what I ordered was available. We didn't get a refund for the things unavailable. Unacceptable."

"There was only one person in front of us in the line, but we still had to wait 20 minutes to get our food in the drive thru because they were "cooking the mac n cheese." We ordered a large mac n cheese and waited that long just to receive a small. The staff was yelling at each other, too. Terrible experience, and probably never coming back again."

"The worst Popeyes in the history of Popeye's Chicken horrible don't waste your time at this location on San Jose Blvd. I was at the drive thru for ten minutes before she took my order I was the only car. Cool I figured that they were cooking fresh. Wrong she was on a smoke break. Cold stale chicken biscuits were hard and to top it off the gentleman said he couldn't give a refund because we tasted the food. He called his manager who approved it. Seriously don't eat here"

"Awful in every way. The drive thru speaker has been broken for months. It is not efficient to take orders at the pay window. I haven’t gone here since the chicken sandwich craze and hoped the experience would be better when I recently went back to try the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. The wait in the drive thru line is much too long due to the aforementioned broken speaker. Once at the window I could only see 2 employees in the entire store—one taking my order, one with a mop walking into the dining area. The window employee was taking payments, filling drinks, fulfilling orders with food taken from under the heat lights. Who know how long ago that food was cooked and out there. The fries I got were room temperature. I asked for a medium fry and got a small. The sandwich didn’t even have ranch on it. I wasn’t given a receipt either. 100% not worth the time in line nor the money spent. I just don’t understand how a fast food restaurant can still be in business with these kind of issues. I’m sure door dashers avoid this restaurant at all costs. I’ve finally learned my lesson, I’m never going to eat here again."
