"This place is always so good. I got the All American Cheeseburger, and it was good. Our waitress Laura, she was very nice and sweet. They have many options to choose from on the menu. They also have a drink menu and kids menu. Their rolls are so good. You can either have cinnamon butter or regular butter. Both of which are good! I highly recommend coming here to eat. All the staff were communicating well during them being busy. I highly recommend coming here to eat!"

"We got the combo appetizer and it came out quickly, the appetizer food was good and hot, our one side was messed up, but they replaced it at no cost, this and the slight discount given for our meal is the only reason this place gets two stars instead of one. Everything else was awful. The group across from us practically screamed and cackled the entire hour wait we had for our entrees, which was made worse when staff members were participating in the screaming making it even louder in the little corner we were in. It was unbearable, our waitress even commented on how loud they were but nothing was done. I had three different employees tell me they were out of baked potatoes, so I substituted for a sweet potato, only to in the end…get a baked potato?? Our entree came out and my steak was so small it made me laugh. We weren’t asked if we needed sauces and my baked potato had no sour cream. By the time we got our food the other table had grown so loud and had so many employees and random people from other tables going up to them, that we couldn’t bear it anymore and asked for to go boxes so we could eat our dinner at home. Beyond disappointed, we will never be back. Would much rather travel the extra 20 or so minutes from our house to go to the one in St. John’s Town Center."

"I just moved to north jax..and i use to frequent logans roadhouse in savannah ga...and i have a fix on a big steak med rare and a cold beer and Texas Roadhouse delivered that craving. The resturaunt was busy at lunch which is good to.see. the bartender Sam was very prompt and never let my beer go dry lol She had a full bar and customers to tend to and she was very curtious and made sure i had all i needed to enjoy my meal. I will be returning when i want to treat myself. P.S. bring back the peanuts that is what gave roadhoyse its character was shells on the floor ..i get it with nut allergies...but there was something about having a super cold beer watching a game and snacking and cracking peanuts waiting for food."

"The food was spectacular and delicious. Big props to The cooks and chefs that was cooking on 9/2/2023, definitely needs to continue cooking for this location. It’s not one plate I seen that was not prepared properly and presented well. The steaks were juicy and tender. Also, our waiter Chase was great with a awesome sense of humor."
