"No matter how far in advance I order my food, my food is absolutely never ready or the order is incorrect! The staff for the most part tries their best to be friendly, but eventually frustration from being behind outweighs professionalism. The dining area & service counter literally always disgusting! Lids and used cups scattered everywhere! Half eaten food, Half filled cups of soda, and napkins, all over the tables & floors! Tonight was my absolute last visit. I’ve given this location at least four tries. Upon arrival, not only was my order in correct, it took over 45 minutes for the correct order to be issued to me!! Busy or not I do believe my order should’ve been priority."
"The absolute worse. I wish I could give them no stars. Ordered food to have delivered at work. Wings were not cooked well done, bag was drippgin grease, the wings were dry rubbed but wet due to the amount of grease in the container. And missing food."
