"Cleanest and smoothest run Chik Fil A I've been to, yet. The parking lot is a little confusing, and we ended up going through the drive-through to get to the parking lot. The team seems to work well together, and morale appeared to be high. I already mentioned it, but it bears repeating because I'm not seeing this much in Jacksonville - it was very clean. I saw the team members busing tables as soon as people left. The dining area is large with ample seating."

"You have to go through the drive-thru lanes (which were super slow) if you want to park and go inside? Worst designed QSR and Chick-fil-A ever. Stay away"

"Came to this location for breakfast, since the location in Ortega is closed for remodeling. I ordered on the app, but due to a connection issue I wasn’t able to pick up my breakfast a few minutes before breakfast ended. Once I realized the app wasn’t going to work I went to the drive through to correct it at 10:30 (when breakfast ends). The employees working the drive-thru, were rude and agrrivatedly stated, “Breakfast ends at 10:30” (it had just turned 10:30). They were unapologetic and aggrivated that I was upset that I couldn’t get breakfast. I reluctantly ordered a nugget meal with an extra side of fries and a lemonade to drink and this is how she rang it up, but instead of reading it back (which is procedure) she just took my card. When I got back home and checked my bag, one of the nuggets was just fried scrap bits and they forgot my lemonade on the order. Overall a rough experience unusual to most chick-fil-as."

"I just love Chick-Fil-A. We decided to have lunch here and made another stop. Again, most Chick-Fil-A’S drive thru is always packed. Your best bet is to order inside, or use the Chick-fil-A app. Your order will be waiting when you pick it up. My server was friendly. I placed my order and paid. Again I was given my drinks and my table marker to place on the table I sat at. Before I even got to a table a nice server already had my food ready and in her hands as I was walking towards a table. She asked me where I’d like to sit. I told her and she wiped down my table and handed me my food. Great service and very efficient. Besides their delicious food, this is one of the reasons I love Chick-Fil-A. The staff is very well trained and friendly, not like Mc Donald’s. The food is consistently good, and I love all the options they offer. Again, I ordered The Chick-Fil-A Deluxe Meal. I had a choice of three cheeses American, Colby Jack, or Pepper Jack Cheese. I chose Colby Jack. It came with Lettuce, and Tomato, Waffle Fries, and a drink. I got Sweet Tea because I’m in the South. I also ordered their 4pc Chicken Strips which are so delicious especially when you use their dipping sauces. There was plenty of free parking. The decor was lovely and decorated a little different in each area. I would definitely recommend coming here"
